Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we stand behind the quality of our accounts and offer replacements for defective items within the specified warranty period.
Replacement Conditions
We will provide a replacement if:
- The account credentials are incorrect immediately upon delivery.
- The account is disabled or restricted at the time of first login.
- The account does not match the description provided at purchase.
Exclusions
Replacements will not be issued if the account is restricted due to the user's activities after login, such as suspicious behavior, policy violations, or use of improper proxies/environments.
